Ralph Harrison

Ralph Harrison is the president of Harrison & Mecklenburg, Inc, where his practice focuses primarily on real estate, oil and gas, estate planning and administration, and commercial law. He sets the example for the rest of the firm in being responsive to clients’ needs and in providing comprehensive services in a timely fashion.

Professional Experience

Ralph was admitted to practice in Oklahoma in 1975. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar
Association and the Kingfisher County Bar Association. In 2012, Ralph was honored with a Gubernatorial appointment to be the District 1 representative for the Oklahoma Abstractors Board. He subsequently served as chairman of the Oklahoma Abstractors Board. He is a past president of the Kingfisher County Bar Association. He has practiced law in Kingfisher since 1975 and served as Judge of the Kingfisher Municipal Court for a number of years.

Education

Ralph received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University in 1972. He completed his legal education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received his law degree in 1975. He also holds an abstractor’s license from the State of Oklahoma.

Personal Life

Born and raised in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma, Ralph’s family roots run deep in this county’s farming and ranching history. He still resides on the family farm northwest of Kingfisher with his wife Denise, a career teacher in the local elementary school. When he’s not working, Ralph enjoys spending time with his adult children, Kristin, a professor of Pharmacy with Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and Jared, a shareholder with the firm, and his grandchildren, Dakota, Myles, Finley and McKenna.


He is a past president of the Kingfisher Rotary Club and has served as a member of the distribution committee for the Kingfisher Community Trust. He has also been actively involved in the Oklahoma Land Title Association. Ralph and Denise attend the First United Methodist Church in Kingfisher.
