Terri has been cheerfully producing and organizing documents for business formations and real estate matters, including contract, deeds, quiet title actions and title opinion transactions, since 1987.

Terri was born in Vinita, Oklahoma. Her family moved to Kingfisher in 1964 where she attended Kingfisher Schools. After graduating from Kingfisher High School, she attended Oklahoma State University where she received her Associate’s Degree.

She is married to Jim Pierson, a contract oilfield pumper. They have two adult children, Jaromy Pierson and Karli Geurin. They also have a wonderful son-in-law, Brad Geurin. They are blessed with three precious grandkids, Jaxon, Grady and Hadley!

Terri enjoys going to OU football games, watching any kind of sports and relaxing at the lake. She also enjoys getting together with family and friends but most of all, spending time with her grandkids!

Terri attends the First Christian Church in Kingfisher where she volunteers on various committees.
