Shelly Overstreet has nearly twenty years of experience as a legal assistant and has been with Harrison & Mecklenburg since July 2014. 

Shelly assists our firm’s attorneys by preparing various legal documents and title opinions, managing the firm’s billing and tackling anything else that may come her way. She divides her time between the Kingfisher and Stillwater offices as well as remote settings.

Shelly was raised near Kingfisher and attended Lomega Public Schools. She attended Oklahoma State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences. While at OSU, she met and married Todd Overstreet, who is the current Superintendent at Newkirk Schools. They have two children, Seth and Mason. Seth and his wife, Randa, have three sons, Aiden, Hudson and Lawson. Mason and his wife, Molly, have one son, Henry.

Shelly enjoys traveling, spending time with her grandkids, and riding her bicycle.

Shelly and Todd are members of the First Baptist Church in Ponca City.
