Randy Mecklenburg.

Randy Mecklenburg’s practice focuses primarily on commercial transactions, real estate, oil and gas, litigation, business organizations, estate planning, trusts, probate, and taxation. Randy believes in providing his clients with professional, timely and cost effective services, with attention to detail, and he expects the same from the dedicated employees he has helped to recruit and train.

Professional Experience

After graduating from college in 1973, Randy worked in the tax department of a large international CPA firm for several years before going to law school. After law school and being admitted to the bar in 1980, he began practicing law in Kingfisher. He was the municipal judge for the City of Kingfisher for many years. He is a member of the Kingfisher County (past president) and Oklahoma Bar Associations, the American Institute of CPAs and Oklahoma Society of CPAs.

Education

Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. He attended OSU on a basketball scholarship. He received his law degree in 1979 from Oklahoma City University where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and received the American Jurisprudence Award in property.

Personal Life

Born and raised in Kingfisher, Oklahoma, Randy is committed to promoting the growth and prosperity of this city through investment in economic development and service on several local boards. Randy is a long time Rotarian, has served as president of the Kingfisher Rotary Club, and is a Paul Harris Fellow. Randy’s wife, Linda, is a registered nurse (retired). Randy and Linda enjoy traveling and spending time with their family. They have three sons, three daughters-in-law and five grandchildren. Randy is a basketball and football fan. He enjoys fishing and spending time in the mountains. He enjoys almost all kinds of music from rock & roll to classical. Randy and Linda are active in the Federated Church where they were youth leaders for many years. Randy has served on the church board and several committees.
