Kale Hajek
Attorney at Law
Kale focuses his practice on oil and gas, property, and civil litigation. He represents landowners, mineral owners, operators, and businesses in disputes involving minerals, surface rights, contracts, and other property-related matters across Oklahoma.
He also handles transactional and contract work, including oil and gas lease and surface agreement reviews, real estate transactions, contract drafting, and the preparation of deeds and other conveyances.
Professional Experience
Before joining Harrison & Mecklenburg, Kale practiced with Mahaffey & Gore, P.C. in Oklahoma City, where he gained extensive experience representing landowners, mineral owners, and operators in matters involving oil and gas development and property rights. His work included cases over pipeline easements, royalty and working-interest disputes, and other issues affecting ownership and use of land across the state.
Education
A native of Hennessey, Kale grew up farming and is familiar with the oil and gas activity that shapes much of rural Oklahoma. He earned his Mathematics degree from Oklahoma State University and both his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Dana Kuehn at the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, published in the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal, and later clerked for the Honorable Gregory Blackwell at the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals.
Personal Life
Kale enjoys spending time with his wife, Lyndsay, and their son, Harvey, and is proud to serve the people and communities of Kingfisher County and western Oklahoma.
